Dewaxing Plants We offer and design dewaxing plant which is incorporated with the designed crystallizes and maturators, for the slow cooling and the consistent agitation for effective heat transfer. This plant is specifically designed to meet the market requirements of quality refined oils. The oil is dewaxed by the heat exchanger, in which the temperature is brought down to appropriate temperature and is fed into the crystallizers for nucleation and crystal formation. In this plant the maturators are used for propagation and crystal growth of the waxes an then the crystallized mass is filtered in plate. The clarity of dewaxed oil is obtained even at low temperature. |

Continuous Deodorising Plants We fabricate continoius deodrising plant which is known for its effective functioning among our valued clients. Sourced from reliable vendors we use good quality of stainless steel in the production of our gamut. This plant also includes varied number of superimposed trays and has following advantages:
• Continuous operation and/or quick feed stock changeover, with no substantial loss of operating time and with no risk of cross contamination
• Equal temperature and vacuum throughout the deodorising column hence ensuring high efficiency of stripping
• Low energy requirements
• Heat recovery as high as 55% is achieved by use of special system of heat regeneration
• No pollution problems as the condenser water is discharged practically fatfree thanks to separate vapour scrubbing arrangement
• No splash oil hence lower Neutral oil losses and nil processing cost
• All operations are centralized in control switch board with flow chart. |

Continuous Bleaching Plants We are engaged in designing continuous bleaching plant which helps in the reduction of consumption of bleaching chemicals, floe area and labour. This plant is based in the advanced technology and helps in yielding the final oil color hence, fulfilling the market standards. For the bleaching of conventional refined oils and pre-treated oils, Glampiechcoiiinuous Bleaching Plait is used.
The filtration is done in the pressure leaf filters and the slurry preparation and bleaching are under the vacuum. In this plant the bleaching operation is carried without contact with air. This helps in the elimination of oxidation of oils during bleaching process and ensuring high quality bleached oil.
Glamptech Continuous Bleaching is the effective dosing system for the dosing of the bleached chemicals and makes the dosing rates as per necessity and final color demand. It is entirely based on the dry dosing of the bleaching chemicals and avoids handling of slurry which causes mechanical problems.
The bleaching plant is fully equipped and highly operational with the pressure leaf filters completed with stainless steel woven wire mesh filter leaves. With the effective incorporation of pressure leaf filters it makes sure the lowering of oil losses in the earth. For ensuring high quality of oil regularly the plant has been given the comprehensive instruments and control system. |

Continuous Neutralising Plants We offer in setting of Continuous Neutralizing Plant which is fully automated and is highly proficient in handling of various qualities of vegetable crude oils. Following operations are carried out in this plant:
• Degumming
• Gum conditioning,
• Neutralising
• Water washing
These plants are designed for coping with raw materials from varied sources and for trouble free operation. Due to the small volumes of oil contained in the plant, the raw material requires very short down time and helps in easing the process parameters.
Our plant requires minimum attention and with the use of centrifugal separators, it offers best quality of neutral oil. The entire plant can be easily handled by the single operator, equipments can be controlled from central control panel with easy to read flow diagram of the process. All the parts are used by simple operation and require low maintenance. |
