Cartridge Filters We offer comprehensive range of cartridge type filters which are extensively used in vegetable oil refining and allied industries. These filters are specifically designed for use with the standard cartridge available in varied sizes ranging from 1 to 5 microns. Following are the cartridges in which this filter is offered:
• Diamond wound filter cartridges
• Pleated filter cartridges

Polished Filters We supply wide range of polish filters which are highly appreciated for its efficiency and longevity features. In these filters the filtration process is done through the filter bag which is made up of filter cloth. In this process filtration is done of the liquid on the outside periphery and the filter cake is cleaned with the removal of the bag, because these are installed in pairs and can be used one at a time. These can be easily attained in 1 to 5 microns with the single and multi bag filtration of:
• Solvent liquid
• Vegetable oil
• Syrup with low medium solid content |

Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters We are engaged in fabricating vertical pressure leaf filter which is known for effective functioning among our valued clients and helps in automatic discharging of cake. It includes the vertically arranged filter leaves, pneumatic vibrator assembly for dry cake discharge with the vertical pressure vessel with conical bottom and has butterfly valves at the conical bottom discharge with actuator. It includes the stainless steel filter which helps in the effective elimination fort using filter cloth thus, helps in reusing the filter bin minimum time. In this filter the filtration area ranges from 10 m2to 50 m2. Moreover, it can be easily modified in accordance wit client requirement. |
